International Shipping Terms & Conditions

1. International shipping charges will be additional and will vary depending on the destination country, package weight, and selected shipping method.

2. We offer two international shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10–12 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days.

3. In the event that a perfume bottle is received damaged during transit, only the product value (bottle cost) will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. To claim compensation for a damaged product, an uncut 360° unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

5. Order cancellation is not possible once the shipment has been dispatched.

6. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local regulations, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

7. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

8. If a shipment is returned (RTO) due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or any customer-related issue, the customer will be responsible for all applicable return shipping (RTO) charges and any re-shipping charges, if required.

9. No returns, exchanges, or replacements are applicable on international orders. Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before placing an order.
