Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Elix Bloom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve outlined a clear and fair return process to make your experience seamless.
Returns
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- A video recording of the unboxing is mandatoryfrom the point you have received from the delivery person for claims involving damaged or incorrect items.
To initiate a return, contact us at elixbloom@gmail.com If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.
Return Policy – For approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5-7 business days.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or replacement, including:
- 1. DeoSticks (Roll-ons)
- 2. Products with scratches, marks, or incidental damage
- 3. Items with tampered or missing serial number
- 4. Products returned without all original packaging and accessories
- 5. Products misused or damaged due to improper handling
- 6. Opened, tested, or sprayed items
- 7. Decants/Samples (cannot be returned once delivered)
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.
Replacement (in case of incorrect item)
To request an replacement, email us your Order Number and Reason for return. After receiving our confirmation, send the item to the provided return address. Do not send items without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.
Upon receipt and verification, we will ship a replacement via our logistics partner.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer the best possible alternative.
- The final decision rests with the customer.
- If we confirm an order but are unable to ship on time, a full refund will be processed upon request.
A 100% refund will be issued if:
- The product is unavailable
- The vendor cannot fulfill the order
- The delivery address is outside our service area
Refund Policy – For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount into the source account within 5-7 business days.
Note: If the product you ordered is not in stock, your order will be automatically canceled within 7 days, and a full refund will be issued.
